SAP Channel Enabler

Responsibilities:
Defines and identifies in cooperation with the SAP Channel Manager, Channel Recruiter, Solution Architect and Territory Sales Executive the enablement plan for new and existing partners in order to ensure skills and solution readiness of partner
Drives and ensure that the SAP channel partners are enabled as per channel enablement plans.
Coordinates and organizes the enablement by making available to partners such tools and resources, SAP experts & knowledge transfer as may be required per the enablement plan.
Supports the enablement plan in close coordination with solution experts to ensure partners have access to SAP teams that will help develop partner solutions.
Responsible for identifying and coordinating access and commitment of relevant SAP teams to support the enablement plan.
Requirements:
Based in Jakarta. Indonesian, Male/ Female, 30- 37 years.
Fluency in English both oral and written is essential and a must.
At least S-1 Degree (S-2 Degree is a plus) in Computer Engineering / Science/ Information Technology related science from overseas or reputable local university.
SAP Product Knowledge & Experience Requirements:
At least 5- 8 years relevant SAP channel sales coaching experience and partner-centric behavior and focus in the IT industry within multinational SAP Implementation Partner organization.
Experience in SAP technologies as well as awareness of SAP competitive technologies preferred
Good understanding of knowledge transfer approaches to SAP partners
Familiar with the creation of enablement plans across SAP sales and solution teams
Experience in managing a multi-disciplinary SAP project team
Good interpersonal and communication skills
