The Microfinance Innovation Center for Resources and Alternatives (MICRA) is an Indonesian foundation focused solely on the development of the microfinance sector. MICRA strive to build the local finance sector institutions strength, capacity and outreach and to promote innovations and transparency, to improve access to finance for millions of low income underserved Indonesians.
Founded by Mercy Corps, an international NGO in 2006, MICRA has built its reputation as a trusted and competent technical provider and analytical partner, linking MFIs to international players and vice versa.
MICRA currently includes three technical units:
1. Ratings and Appraisals
2. Research and Innovations and
3. Technical Assistance
MICRA currently has a growing staff of over 30 microfinance professionals MICRA staff have a strong commitment to its mission, bringing a blend of private, public and non-profit sector experience. MICRA staff include former commercial bankers from Bumiputra, BII, Citibank, Danamon, HSBC, Lippo, Panin and others, as well as auditors, investment analysts and business development specialists from KPMG and Castle Asia. MICRA staff include a leading group of microfinance practitioners and sector leaders from BPR, cooperatives and foundations. Staff members have wide national and international microfinance experience, including background in Syariah banking and Syariah Cooperatives.
Junior Trainer (Kode: JT) & Senior Trainer (Kode: ST)
Junior Trainer (Kode: JT) (Jakarta Raya - South Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
* Training, coaching, consulting, technical assistance.
* As co trainer for senior trainer
* Being a part of the team to develop module followed to Micra’ standard
* Strong knowledge on microfinance, banking and soft skill trainings.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree is preferably
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience related to microfinance, banking or other financial services; having training experience is preferably
* Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia;
* Applicants must be willing to travel around Indonesia and overseas (ID card and passport are mandatory);
* Results-oriented and goal-driven, highly initiative;
* Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;.
Senior Trainer (Kode: ST) (Jakarta Raya - South Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
* Training, coaching, consulting, technical assistance.
* Leading co trainer to deliver training followed to Micra’ standard
* Being a part of the team to develop module followed to Micra’ standard
* Strong knowledge on microfinance, banking and soft skill trainings.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Marketing or equivalent;
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience related to microfinance, banking or other financial services; with extended experience in delivering training
* Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia;
* Applicants must be willing to travel around Indonesia and overseas (ID card and passport are mandatory);
* Results-oriented and goal-driven, highly initiative;
* Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
