Receptionist (RGA)

Responsibility:

* Responsible for the professional and efficient managing of visitors, consumers, telephone calls and messages, as well as a variety of clerical works

Requirements:

* Min diploma degree from any disciplines
* Experienced min 1 year as a Receptionist or in a customer service role
* Experience in a corporate office environment
* Familiar with office machines & systems (telephone system, fax, scanner, printer, & internet)
* Keen eye for detail
* Proficiency in English (oral & written)
* Basic computer skill (MS Office)
* Able to multitask and to prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Jakarta based
