Requirements :
* Male / Female, min 30 years old
* Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management
* Experience min 3 years in Café, Restaurant or Hotel
* Good knowledge for various international cuisine especially European cuisine
* Highly motivated, energetic, innovative, self driven, creative, innovative and hard working
* Strong knowledge in food costing, analytical, and problem solving skill
* Computer literate
* Honest, loyal and responsible
* Able to write and speak in English fluently
* Mature, proactive, strong leadership, and able to work in a team and or independently
* Salary: Negotiable
