PT. Indo Balau Ume, an Office Interiors Trading & Fit-out Contracting Company, is urgently searching for a competent candidate to fill in the following position:

I.Import Staff

Requirements & Qualifications:

* D 3 or S1 of relevant education background
* Male
* Be familiar with Import & Export procedure
* Work experience, minimum 5 years in executing import activities
* To be able to finish the job with minimum supervision in timely manner
* Get used to work under pressure
* Good team player, honest, hard worker, independent and discipline oriented spirit
* Computer literate
* Proficient in English

II.Interior Site Manager

Requirements & Qualifications:

* S 1 Degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering
* Minimum 3 years of work experience in Interior Projects
* To be able to plan, execute, control & monitor Fit-Out Project at jobsite
* To be able to lead supervisors and coordinate with sub contractors and suppliers
* To be able to do excellent coordination with other division for accelerating project execution
* To be able to do excellent coordination & communication about project matters with clients and consultants, building management and construction management
* Computer literate
* Good proficiency of English: Both speaking & writing
* To be able to finish the job with minimum supervision in timely manner; familiar with working under pressure
* Good team player, hard worker, independent and discipline oriented spirit

III. Interior Project Manager

Requirements & Qualifications:

* S 1 Degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering
* Minimum 5 years of work experience in managing Interior Projects:

- Schedule
- Cost
- Contract
- Site execution

* To be able to lead & coordinate Site Managers
* Trouble Shooter
* Computer literate
* Good proficiency of English: Both speaking & writing

IV. Purchasing Staff

Requirements & Qualifications:

* S1 of Architecture / Civil Engineering
* Be familiar with Import & Export procedure
* Work experience, minimum 5 years, preferably in office interiors business
* Excellently be able to perform supply chain functions:

- To issue PO
- To coordinate w/ suppliers & vendors
- To follow up ordered materials
- Etc.

* To be able to finish the job with minimum supervision in timely manner
* Get used to work under pressure
* Good team player, honest, hard worker, independent and discipline oriented spirit
* Computer literate
* Proficient in English
