I.Training Officer
Position Summary
* To evaluate training result according to performance & employee attitude
* Handle Graduate development program (Company Program)
* Prepare training plan in house & external training base on department required
* Maintain T & D database
* Prepare monthly report
Qualification:
* Male or female max 28 years old
* Bachelor degree in related educational background
* Computer literate and its related software.
* Good communication and language skill, preferably with knowledge of both Mandarin and English
* Willingness to work at Pangkalan Kerinci–Riau
II.Pulp & Paper Transport Operation Manager
Position Summary
* Plan, organize, lead, and control land transport operations in order to sustain profitability within parameters of cost, time and quality.
* Ensure that land transport operation personnel are fully compliant with PTSI OHS policy, plan, procedures, and all applicable health, safety environmental laws, regulations and statutory obligation at all times.
* Ensure that transport activities and services meet customer requirements and expectation.
* Oversee the transport of pulp and general cargo utilization target within PTSI area responsibility.
* Consolidate land transport operation budget prior to submission to divisional manager for consideration.
* Provide reporting related to land transport operation (pulp/paper and general haulage) as required.
Qualification:
* Male max 45 years old.
* Bachelor degree in related educational background.
* Min 5 Years experiences in management role and 10 years in industrial.
* Knowledge in OHSE.
* Knowledge in transport industry best practice and standards.
* Computer literate and its related software.
* Knowledge in Mandarin and English written and oral.
* Good problem solving techniques.
* Willingness to work at Pangkalan Kerinci–Riau.
