Account Manager

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for finding prospective business opportunities/partners as well as maintaining and developing the joint cooperation, that covers from making a comprehensive analysis of project proposal, dealing intensively with prospective business partner until joint cooperation
• Develop and execute sales plans, strategies and techniques
• Making compelling commercial & technical presentation to a variety of audiences
• Assist customer to translate their needs into company services custom built as maintaining their existing to create service excellent.
• Establish market data base/client data base/cost data base
• Prepare and coordinate project proposal and bid proposal, includes scope of administration technical and commercial
• Prepare estimation and calculation of service rate and the commercial proposal according to all client requirements.
• Calculate basic price, selling price and to forecast the selling service and potential income
• Subcontractor price controlling and negotiation
• Operation cost calculation and estimation
• Prepare and review Contract Agreement with client/subcontractor, handling contract addendum, suspension and completion,
• Maintaining client/subcontractor relationship

Requirements:
• Male/Female
• Bachelor degree of Civil Engineering, MBA/MM degree will be an advantage.
• Fluent in English, excellent report writing
• Having more than 5 years of extensive working experiences on civil mechanical and electrical project for BTS construction in telecommunication industry
• Having more than 3 years experiences of project management and business/project development
• Self motivated, strong leadership, proactive, creative team player, having technical skill
• Good business sense, independently, posses communication skill, good interpersonal skill, target oriented with integrity and honesty.
• Sound knowledge on financial issues.
• Sound knowledge on contract/legal issues.
• Having skill on negotiation to client/subcontractor
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
