A holding company with investment in hotels, restaurants and travel agencies in Indonesia is looking for qualified candidates to be based in Kuta - Bali, for the following position in its restaurant outlet:
RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER
Responsibilities :
* Manage and promote restaurant
* Monitor product quality and banquet / catering administration
* Coordinate analyze event, research and develop business area
* Manage and control budget allocation
* Implement marketing strategies set by Group Marketing Manager at subsidiary level
* Build and Maintain relationship with existing and potential accounts
* Increase sales, achieve revenue & business targets
* Build mutual cooperation with business partners including but not limited to media, banks, suppliers
* Track sales data and prepare monthly sales report to be weighted up with promotional activities executed
Requirements :
* Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as F&B Manager at Horeca (Hotel, Restaurant, and Café) with proven track record
* Knowledge of banquet operations would be advantage
* Highly motivated and can work under minimum supervision
* Highly committed, outgoing, energetic and most importantly, POSITIVE attitude
* Strong managerial and leadership skills with great team work and creative ideas
* Quality driven, services and business results oriented
* Good interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills (oral & written) in both English and Indonesian
* Possess computer skills and good knowledge of internet as marketing tool
* Able to work in a team as well as individually
* Willing to be based in Bali
