We are currently seeking:
MANAGER SALES
Responsibilities :
* Reporting to senior general manager
* Identify and develop all channels in the responsible area
* Formulate channel strategy and action plan
* Negotiate trading term and develop promotions within modern trade
* To proactively develop other potential channels
* Set trade price structure and ensure its stability across all channels
Requirements :
* Male / Female, Max 40 years old
* Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
* Experience :
1. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in sales & marketing, cosmetic or consumer goods industry
2. Experienced in managing a team of sales personnel or managing representative office
* Skill :
1. Computer & English is a must
2. Strong leadership, communication and change management competencies
3. Good teamwork, commitment to business ethics and ability to work under pressure
4. Multinational company background
