Business Development & Marketing Positions - Manager/Director Level
The position holder as part of Business Development team is responsible for expanding the business of our client in the South East Asia Region. The major responsibilities include identifying future business opportunities as well as growing the current clients. The position require someone who do not take no for an answer and love to take up challenges. The position holder will lead a young and dynamic team to achieve the business targets of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for business development activities for client’s product in various market in South East Asia including Revenues, Market Share and ROI.
* Identify possible leads and develop and drive strategic marketing plans to penetrate into the various markets
* Analyze market trends, customer’s trends and drive activity to boost
* Managing of external vendors such as Marketing and Digital Media agencies
* Cooperate with internal business units to meet marketing or business target
* Lead and develop the team to achieve the business goals
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree in business/marketing related field
* Experience in ecommerce/online marketing is highly preferred
* Experience in forecasting, budget control, and dealing with FMCG
* Required language(s): English as Primary, Mandarin/Thai/Indonesia/Vietnamese/Korean as Secondary Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Self Motivator and needs to have entrepreneurial spirit
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Business Development Functions
* Applicants must be willing to work and relocate in Makati City, Manila
