Qualifications :
* Male/Female, max. age 35 years old
* Graduated S1 majoring Law, Physiology from reputable University
* Having 3 years experiences in the same field
* Capable in handling HR duties
* Capable in handling : Administration, Employees salary payment, tax PPH 21, 23, 25, Jamsostek
* Fluent in English both written and spoken is a must
* Good understand in Indonesia Man Power Regulation
* Good understand in HR Management & Tools test
* Have ability in training & development
* Familiar with MS Office & internet
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, independent and smart
* Possess strong leadership, positive motivation and has an interest in people development area
* Having excellent correspondence and administration skill
* Knowledge of government tax
* Ability to work independently with high accuracy, detail oriented, strong critical thinker, strong negotiation & analytical skill
* Can work under pressure
II. MARKETING SUPPORT

* Min. S1 from any diciplines
* fresh graduated
* Able to operate MS Office and familiar with Internet
* Fluent in English both written and spoken is a must

III.SECRETARY FOR ENGINEERING DIVISION

* Minimum S1 graduated from Engineering academy
* Female, single, max 30 years
* Having experience min. 2 year in Engineering
* Well organizer, trustworthy and securing confidential matters
* Efficiency and effectively of Time Management
* English is a must, Mandarin is more preferable
* Excellence correspondence skills and computer literacy such as : Microsoft Windows – MS. Words, Excel and Power Point
* Good organization skill & work smart
* Capable making filling system
* Capable organize high schedule, make good relationship with other division
* Fast learner and honest
* Capable to manage in/outgoing letters, files, filling document, able to perform multitask
* Can work under pressure
IV. SECRETARY FOR DRILLING (PETROLEUM DIVISION)
Qu a l i f i c a t i o n
* Minimum S1 from reputable petroleum academy
* Female, single, max 30 years
* Having experience min. 2 year in Petroleum Company and in Drilling division
* English is a must, Mandarin is more preferable
* Excellent handle administration duties
* Highly proficient in MS Office, min. Ms. Word, Excel, Ms. Outlook, Power Point.
* Have good correspondence and administration skill
* Able to independently handle correspondence both in English and in Bahasa with good typing speed and filing
* Capable to manage in/outgoing letters, files, filling document, able to perform multitask
* Well organizer, trustworthy and securing confidential matters
* Able to manage general office affairs and arrange scheduled for meetings
* Fast learner and honest
* Excellent office skills in performing secretarial duties
* Can work under pressure
V. ACCOUNTING STAFF
Q u a l i f i c a t i o n
* Male/Female max. 28 years old
* Graduated from reputable university, majoring in Accounting
* Min. 2 years experience in handling financial management 0f working capital, cash flow, inventory, AR and AP and have a good relationship with the financial institutions
* Good knowledge in accounting system, budgeting and financial implementation controlling and financial statement analysis, tax planning and reporting (PPN, PPh 21 and PPh 23)
* Able to making financial report, planning and analyst (i.e budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and analysis of variances.)
* Mature and independence in solving problem
* Team work attitude with good interpersonal relationship skill
* Fluency in English both spoken, written and desirable
* Good in documentation and communication skills
* Computer literate (MS Office)
* Knowledge accounting regulations & standard accounting practice
VI. SECRETARY
Q u a l i f i c a t i o n
* Female, Single, max age 30 years old
* Minimum SI from reputable secretarial academy
* Have minimum 2 years experiences as a Secretary
* English & Mandarin is a must
* Having knowledge all aspect of secretarial duties
* Mature professional, strong initiative and willing to work under pressure
* Capable to manage in/outgoing letters, files, filling document, able to perform multitask
* Must be proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Smart, independent, highly self motivated person, good initiative & teamwork, good communication skill, and able to work under pressure and/or with tight deadline
