Requirements:
1. Male (1), Male/Female (2-4)
2. Max 35 years old (1), Max 30 years old (2-3), Max 27 years old (4)
3. Bachelor Degree or higher in Civil Engineering or any other related discipline from a reputable university (1-2)
4. Bachelor Degree or higher in economic majoring management or any other related discipline from reputable university (3)
5. Bachelor Degree or higher in any other related discipline from reputable university (3)
6. At least 5 years relevant experience in managerial level (1) In the same field
7. At least 3 years (2-3), 2 years relevant experience in the same field (4)
8. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in fluent Bahasa & English, including flair for presenting information clearly, accurately, persuasively and strong influencing and verbal communication skills (1-3)
9. Strong analytical and leadership skill (1-3)
10. Willing to travel (1-4)
11. The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure of tight deadlines is essential (1-4)
12. Expert level skill with microsoft Office (Word, Excell, Power Point, Etc)
