To strengthen our team, we are now seeking for talented and energetic people to be our:
I.Empty Store Foreman(Banten)
Responsibilities:
* To control the proper storage of the products, as well as its cleanliness, safety and neatness.
* To manage that the finished products are loaded to the trucks are in accordance with FIFO and the Delivery Order approved and manage the flow of loading to be as efficient and effective as possible.
* To manage that the storage is in good condition by checking the lining, asphalt condition, lights etc.
* To control that the breakages in the store can be as minimum as possible.
* To control the continuous running of the forklifts by having routine inspection on its maintenance (oil, etc)
* Motivate the subordinates by monitoring their performance and initiating corrective actions whenever necessary and identify opportunities to continuously improve operation or performance standards in line with the spirit of Kaizen.
Requirements:
* Diploma III preferably in the area Logistic, Industrial Engineering, Management, or Computer.
* Minimum 2 years experiences in a logistics or any related environment
* Have Strong Knowledge of warehouse & Inventory management ( Finish Good and Raw Material )
* Computer literate (MS Office & Others)
* Familiar with SAP is an advantage
* Familiar With ISO 9001:14000
* Team player, good initiative, responsible and hard worker, mature and self motivated person
* Good command of English, spoken and written (reporting)
II.Packaging Supervisor(Banten - Tangerang)
Responsibilities:
* Objectives:
* To achieve the targeted production volume under his supervision in line with the procedure and norms on quantity and quality at the most efficient way by good planning, organizing, controlling all resources in packaging section.
* Responsibility:
* Ensure that procedures and instructions are understood, implemented and adhere to in the packing section.
* Ensure the quality of the products are achieved and maintained according to the standards by analyzing, controlling, reporting and take necessary measures to ensure the continuity of the operations and also contribute to continuous improvement of the product quality.
* Ensure the adherence of safety procedures.
* Takes all measures and control the quality and timely daily production reports (downtime reports, water and other materials consumption report) as well as correct transmission within the brewery.
* To overcome the losses by using TPM approach.
Requirements:
* University graduates from Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
* Has practical and theoretical knowledge of various packaging machines
* Minimum 3 years of solid experiences in packaging
* Mastery in Quality Management System is essential
* Familiar with TPM, ISO 9001, ISO 14000, HACCP, SAP
* Good command of English, spoken and written (reporting)
Work Location:Tangerang
III.Sales Supervisor(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* Ensure the correct implementation of advertising & promotion activities, and the achievement of targeted marketshare & sales volume objectives by planning, directing, coordinating and controlling all sales and promotion activities.
Requirements:
* Hold S1 Degree graduate from reputable university.
* Having solid experienced as a Sales for min 2 years, from Fast Moving Consumer Goods
* Having experience in beverages is an advantage
* Achievement-oriented person
* Have an excellent interpersonal relationship skill, as well as team working
* This job requires frequent outlet visits after office hour
* Willing to be relocated throughout Indonesia
