The available positions is as follow:

Telemarketing Team Leader

Responsibilities

* Manages performance of telemarketing team that the targets are met at specific levels
* Compliance to Telemarketing KPI
* Day to day monitoring
* Information dissemination and update
* Forecasting, staffing and scheduling
* Performance analysis and management

Requirements

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree from any major
* Minimum of 1 year of team leader experience in a Telemarketing or Call Center
* Minimum of 2 years of experience as telemarketing agent
* Having knowledge on process control and improvement
* Having knowledge on other related applications
* Able to use basic Microsoft Office applications
* Good numerical and analytical skills, with basic knowledge on accounting
* Fluency in English, both oral and written

Legal Staff (Pro Hire)

Responsibilities

* Provide legal support/advice and assistance to corporate legal matters, including drafting contracts, review and managing other legal instruments
* Coordinating, administering and monitoring as well as advisory supporting in every corporate action (review, draft, revise)
* Manage relationship with notary, legal advisor & other party related to legal aspect
* Prepare corporate documents to BOD & BOC meeting including liaise with shareholder, especially annual or extraordinary shareholders meeting (RUPS)
* Doing regulation research related to corporate operation and updating through internal socialization within company

Requirements

* Bachelor / Master degree in Law
* At least 4 year(s) of working experience in a law firm or a legal advisory position in a dynamic corporate
* Good analytical thinking as well as administration and management skills
* Excellent command in English and exhibit high level of interpersonal and communication skills

Faculty Member (Pro Hire)

Responsibilities

* Perform need analysis, program design and development, teaching and program evaluation
* Monitor and provide guidelines for the implementation of “InnovAstra” program througout Astra Group, and to ensure the improvement and innovation program run well
* Bring the latest development or best practices in knowledge management, organization development and system management
* Ensure the module meets the business needs and requirements
* Convert the new knowledge into organizational competencies

Requirements

* Master Degree in Business Management or Industrial Engineering
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferable in Training & Development
* Have strong passion in People Development
* Required skill(s) : Techical competencies (instructional design, consultation skills, presentation skills, IT literate and fluent in english), Non technical competencies (conceptual and sytematic thinking, business acumen, interpersonal & communication skill, learning ability/fast learner)
