The Role:
* Prepare business plan and responsible to acquire new sales from new and existing customers that incorporate the full range of banking products and service (funding or lending) to achieve personal target
* Develop, manage and coach Relationship Officer team to achieve target
The Person
* Minimum bachelor degree
* At least having 3 (three) years sales experience (funding and or lending), preferably in banking industry
* Excellent managerial skill
* Has good knowledge about banking product (funding & lending)
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
* Strong analytical thinking particularly in business analysis
* Target and customer satisfaction oriented
II.RELATIONSHIP OFFICER ( Code : RO – JD )
The Role
* Responsible to acquire new sales from new and existing customers that incorporate the full range of banking products and service (funding or lending) to achieve personal target
* Develop and maintain relationship with customer and act as trusted source to give financial solution
The Person
* Minimum bachelor degree
* At least having minimum 1 (one) year experience in sales experience from banking or financial institution
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
* Target oriented and able to work under pressure
* Strong motivation to give best service to customers
* Persistent and highly motivated to achieve best performance
III. TELLER (Code : TR – JD)
The Role:
* Responsible to receive cash/non-cash deposit and verify cash/non-cash transactions
* Providing best service to customers while processing the transactions
The Person:
* Minimum D-3 degree in any major
* Familiar with desktop PC environment
* Strong analytical and numerical skills, with high accuracy
* Customer satisfaction oriented
