Production Manager

Requirements:

* Male/Female with age min 30 years
* Bachelor Degree in all major
* Experiences min 5 years as Plant Manager/Production Manager in shoe company
* Strong analytical mind, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
* Understand the implementation of lean system, six sigma, and man power planning
* Result driven
