PT Prime Restaurant Indonesia (Chicken Story), looking for:

1. Cost Controller
Requirements:
• Male
• Age between 30 - 35 years old
• Bachelor or Diploma degree from Food & Beverage Production with at least 2 years experiences in Fastfood Restaurant & Hotel
• Having a strong leadership skill
• Establish the budget controlling policies, systems and procedures for organization which aligned in corporation with business process, as well as coordinate and monitor the implementation, so as to achieve effectiveness and efficiency in budget controlling and monitoring
• Monitor and control the budget realization effectiveness
• Conduct comprehensive analysis on variances (actual vs budget) and discuss the related matter with the management and the related managers for immediate corrective action plans

2. Logistic Supervisor
Requirements:
• Male
• Age between 30 - 35 years old
• Bachelor or Diploma degree from Food & Beverage Production with at least 2 years experiences in Fastfood Restaurant & Hotel
• Having a strong leadership skill
• Having excellent Managerial of logistic min. 2 years in Restaurant & Hotel
• Having excellent logistic system and operations distribution
• Computer literature Ms. Office

3. Executive Chef (Commisary)
Requirements:
• Male
• Age between 30 - 35 years old
• Bachelor or Diploma degree from Food & Beverage Production with at least 2 years experiences in Fastfood Restaurant & Hotel
• Having excellent knowledge of Indonesian menus & Western menus
• Having excellent knowledge of HACCP, Food Production Standard, Food Service
• Having excellent ability to monitor the food production in each remote area
• Having a strong leadership skill
