Master Black Belt (Code: MBB)
Job Accountabilities :
The Master Black Belt is accountable for leading six-sigma project, also for mentoring and coaching the Black belts. The Master Black Belt will also be accountable for build six-sigma culture in process improvement.
Job Requirements :
* Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university
* Preferable have experience at least 2 (two) years in leading & completing transactional process project
* Completion of all Black Belt Course, or equivalent
* Strong analytical skills & understand statistical methodology
* Good knowledge on applying of Lean methods that range from simple Kaizen or Quick Change events lasting acouple days to major throughput improvement projects spanning several months.
* Applying Six Sigma methodology and tools (Example: The DMAIC process and DFSS - Design for Six Sigma)
* Computer Literate (Microsoft Office, Minitab, SAP R/3)
* Commendable proficiency in English both oral and written
* Excellent in both interpersonal & communication skills
* Self-motivated, persistent, integrity discipline & has good leadership
* Preferable have financial industry background
* To be located in Bogor
