1. It Helpdesk
Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Female
• Candidate must possess at least a Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Good knowledge in networking, troubleshooting.
• Preferred skill(s): programming.
• Required language(s): English.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta.
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Contract and Internship position available.

2. Finance And Accounting Manager
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Accounting, audit.
• Required language(s): English.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta and willing to travel to Kalimantan
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Finance - Audit/Taxation/Professional Services or equivalent.
• Full-Time and Contract position available.

3. Dept Head-Mining
Key Objectives:
• The Department Head-Mining will ensure: Planned coal production levels are achieved safely, Adherence to good mining practice, Compliance with statutory regulations, Compliance with Adaro Safety Management System, and Maximum cooperation between the various contractors.

Responsibilities:
• The Department Head-Mining is responsible for: Safe and efficient operations within all mining and associated areas, Provision of leadership to Section Heads, Mine Supervisors and Assistant Mine Supervisors, Ensuring the contractor activities are in accordance with contractual requirements, current mine plans and SOP, Provide feedback and advice to Planning staff regarding the effectiveness of mining plans
• Liase with the Environmental Department to ensure operating practices are compatible with subsequent reclamation. Monitoring and auditing of the contractor activities and providing feedback to Adaro and contractor management, Arrange training and development of all employees within the department, Ensuring the security of Adaro infrastructure, monitoring equipment, survey control and the like within the mining area
• Development and implementation of an inspection system that ensures the daily inspection of all working areas where people will be working on any particular day, Identify and recommend improvement opportunities to management and Performance of employees within the department

Duties:
• Conduct weekly meetings with contractor operating staff
• Coordinate pit dewatering activities to ensure maximum effectiveness
• Administer the department staff to ensure adequate coverage on a 24/7 basis
• Arrange for additional resources in the event of periodic peak requirements
• Communicate all significant issues relating to safety, environmental management or operations to the Divisional Head-Mining and Hauling
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports
• Assist in the diagnosis and trouble-shooting of problems as they arise
• Actively participate in the Safety Management on site and promote implementation
• Actively promote the implementation of the Safety Management System
• Arrange monitoring of blasting activities, report on monitoring data
• Carry out comprehensive weekly inspections of all mining areas and provide a report
• Assist in the development of an Adaro Code of Mining Practice document.
• Act in the capacity of Wakil Kepala Teknik and alternate Kepala Teknik as required
• Assist with site visits by customers and others as required
• Carry out performance evaluation of all departmental staff on a 6 monthly basis.
• Periodically check the activities of section staff to ensure required standard is being met.
• Implement disciplinary measures within the section as required
• Carry out other duties that may be assigned by the Divisional Manager-Mining and Hauling

Requirements:
• The person we are seeking would have had 15 years of well-rounded experience which includes significant exposure to the following: Large Open Cut Coal Mining, Contract Mining, Management of Open Cut Mines in High Rainfall areas, Direct Supervisory experience in an open cut mine, Direct experience with blasting, and Planning Experience
