Recruitment Supervisor / MT Supervisor

Qualification :

* Profession degree in psychology (psychologist) with min GPA 3.00, GPA 3.50 will be prioritized
* Female, age between 26 - 30 years old with min 2 years experience in recruitment field
* Strong experience as assessor and interviewer, able to conduct assessment and generate psychological report
* Strong knowledge and familiar with assessment tolls
* Good communication, interpersonal and management skill

* Computer literate (Word, Excel)
* High motivation, dynamic & enthusiastic
* Ready to work under pressure & with tight deadline
