1. Secretary
Requirements:
• Female
• Hold Diploma degree (D3) in Secretary
• Familiar with correspondence
• Self motivated, positive attitude, enthusiastic and initiative
• Excellent communication and oral skills to people at all levels ( both in English & Bahasa Indonesia )
• Inter-personal communication skills
• Managing company business meeting, conference & exhibition
• Travel/accommodation assistance including ticketing, reservation, etc
• Indirectly assist in the arrangement of expatriate permits, leave record, visa applications, etc
• Computer literacy
• Good looking
2. Shift Leader Production
Requirements:
• Male
• Hold S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 1 years hands-on experience in the same position
• Independent, active, dynamic and good interpersonal skill
• Mastery in Production Process
• Strong managerial and leadership
• Can work under pressure and overtimes will be preferred
• Familiar with ISO 9001 : 2000
3. Staff Quality Control
Requirements:
• Male
• Hold S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 1 years hands-on experience in the same position
• Familiar with QA/QC Inspection System, dimension measurement
• Independent, active, dynamic and good interpersonal skill
• Can work under pressure and overtimes will be preferred
• Familiar with ISO 9001 : 2000
4. Staff Finance & Accounting
Requirements:
• Male/Female
• Hold S1 degree in Accountancy
• Minimum 1 years hands-on experience in the same position
• Has a good knowledge of computer & Account Receivable & Payable
• Familiar with windows based accounting software
• Can work under pressure and overtimes will be preferred
• Independent, active, dynamic and good interpersonal skill
• Familiar with ISO 9001 : 2000
5. Staff Purchasing
Requirements:
• Male/Female
• Hold S1 degree in Industrial / Mechanical Engineering / Management
• Minimum 1 years hands-on experience in the same position
• Mastery in Purchasing Process, correspondence with supplier, purchasing order
• Good interpersonal, communication, bargaining, initiative, active, presentation and analytical skill
• Fluency in written & spoken English
• Can work under pressure and overtimes will be preferred
• Computer literacy
• Familiar with ISO 9001 : 2000
