• General Manager
Requirements:
• Minimum 30 years old
• At least 3 years working experiences in building management either in office building or residential building
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Engineering, preferably in Civil Engineering.
• Have strong management skills on Housekeeping, Security and Building Maintenance
• Effective & Efficient inventory management
• Budget & expenses control
• Able to work under pressure
• Pleasant personality
• Good communication and negotiation skill
