* Ensure that transport activities and services meet customer requirements and expectation.
* Oversee the transport of pulp and general cargo utilization target within PTSI area responsibility.
* Consolidate land transport operation budget prior to submission to divisional manager for consideration.
* Provide reporting related to land transport operation (pulp/paper and general haulage) as required.

Qualification:

* Male max 45 years old.
* Bachelor degree in related educational background.
* Min 5 Years experiences in management role and 10 years in industrial.
* Knowledge in OHSE.
* Knowledge in transport industry best practice and standards.
* Computer literate and its related software.
* Knowledge in Mandarin and English written and oral.
* Good problem solving techniques.
