Spa Receptionist

Duties:
Delivering high quality customer service to guests of the Spa
• Handling all aspects of reservations
• Explaining & promoting spa services to arriving clients / over the phone
• Checking clients in (collection of personal data & entry into software)
• Manage clients flow into treatment rooms
• Organising / updating / troubleshooting of reservations & walk in guests
• Selling products

Administrative duties
• Check functionality of all reception equipment, lightning / AC, sound on arrival
• Cashier duties. (Cash payments, credit cards, packages, gift cards etc.)
• Handling of petty cash (cash count on start and end of each business day)
• Basic accounting duties i.e. balancing each business day / entering expenses
• Inventory control

Other duties
• Contribute to promotional activities

Qualification:
• Minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar environment
• Female, 25 – 35 years old
• Excellent working knowledge of computers; reservation software, email & fax
• Good Administrative Skills (Petty Cash, stock control)
• Fluent in English (verbal & written)
• High level of initiative
• Have a great, friendly personality and can provide excellent customer service.
• Superior guest service skills and professional phone etiquette required
• Must be responsible; team player
