Persyaratan :

* Pria, pendidikan minimal D3 / Teknik.
* Pengalaman menangani Project M & E min 5 tahun.
* Mengerti sistem dan prosedur pelaksanaan dilapangan, laporan kerja ( BAP, BAST, BAL )
* Memahami gambar kerja ( Drawing ), diutamakan yang bs mengoperasikan AutoCad 3D.
* Memiliki relasi yang baik dengan Main Contractor, MK / Owner.
* Pernah mengerjakan sistem project Swimming Pool, Koi Pond, merupakan nilai tambah.
* Umur Maksimal 30 thn.
* Memiliki kendaraan pribadi.

Site Manager / Site Engineer

Responsibilities:

* We are looking for suitable candidates to fill the positions of Site Manager / Site Engineer, depending on the individual’s calibre and the extensiveness of working experience.
* Reporting to the Project Manager, the successful incumbent will:
* Oversee construction works, including monitoring and coordination of field programs and daily work activities
* Ensure that the contractor works are performed according to project specifications, and within budget and schedule timing
* Manage, plan, control cost. Ensure that the project is completed safely, within schedule and budget

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Civil),
* Strong organizational skills
* Able to handle multiple tasks
* Required skill(s): MS Project.
* Possess more than 5 years of working expereince in civil project management
* Experience in marine structure, conveyor and soil improvement works
* Those with good experience in project cost control / planning / ISO procedures will have definite advantage
* Able to converse reasonably well in English
