- Having good leadership skill, conceptual thinking and interpersonal skill
- Able to coordinate reporting team
- Good knowledge in architecture/property
Reporter (REP)
- Bachelor Degree from any discipline
- Excellent in Bahasa Indonesia and English both oral & written
- Excellent communication skills with outgoing personality
- Able to perform well under pressure, meet targets and deadlines
- Having journalistic experience is an advantage

Web Programmer (WEB-PROG)
- Bachelor Degree, majoring Information System or Informatic Engineering with min. GPA 2.75
- Having Experience develop website using PHP
- Experience in Apache, MySQL and Javascript
- Experience in Linux, minimal Linux for PHP
- Having knowledge about framework PHP, like : symphony, prado, zend or code ignitier
- Having knowledge about oriented object in PHP 5
Researh Staff (RES)
- Bachelor Degree from any discipline (preferably from communication, marketing or psychology)
- Having knowledge about SPSS
- Having interest in research (preferably having experience in research)
- Having experience in media industry is an advantage
