Responsibilities:
• Principal Accountabilities :

• To work closely with Relationship Managers and sales team to close complex deals, identify product objectives/ goals; gather, define and prioritize product requirements, packaging and pricing; create roadmap; plan, coordinate and launch product releases

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Possesses at least 3 - 4 years managerial experience in handling product development, preferably with some banking background
• Extensive knowledge in Commercial Banking business and its products and services
• Good understanding and hands on experience of conducting competitor analysis
• Good project management and interpersonal skills to work with personnel at all levels within the organization and external parties
• Good analytical thinking and communication skills
