Internal Audit Officer

Position Purpose
To provide and suggest program strategies to the Head of Department and then organize & implement the approved program strategies to ensure the implementation can be accomplished as planned.

Key Accountability Areas
* Provide draft of annual program strategies within Internal Audit Department and submit to Head of Department.
* Organize & implement the approved program strategies based on the coordination and direction from Head of Department.
* Produce and submit regular and other periodic report (monthly / semi-annual / annually) regarding all activities or issues within his/her area responsibility.
* Develop, maintain and improve the relationship with relevant parties such as Finance and Accounting, Operation and Marketing to support the achievement of the position’s targets.
* Report problems identified and negotiate action plans with the related departments to address the problems based on the coordination and direction from Head of Department.
* Follow up reported findings with the related departments at appropriate intervals.
* Recommend improvements as based on the facts faced in the daily operations of the program to the related departments based on coordination and direction from Head of Department.
* Performs other work-related duties and ad hoc project as assigned by superiors.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

* Holds min S1 from accountancy or any relevant disciplines.
* Competent in internal control system, financial audit and operational audit.
* Possesses min 3 years work experience in public accounting firm or in the same position.
* Possesses reasonable knowledge in using relevant office applications such as Microsoft words, excel, power point, etc.
* Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
* Excellent communication and presentation skill.
* Good analytical skill.
* Good conceptual skill.
* Good administrative skill.
