Branch Manager (SG-01)
Responsible for managing the whole branch operations (sales, customer care and collection)

Sales Section Head (SG-02)
Achieve sales target and find promising merchants/dealers to be our reliable partners.

Promotion Officer (SG-03)
Responsible for organizing events at the branch level and providing communication materials to merchants/dealers

Administration Head (SG-04)
Loan management, customer care handling and responsible for all related documents

Cashier (SG-05)
Responsible for cash transactions and cash counting

Customer Care (SG-06)
Handling customer services in line with procedures

Brach Credit Head (SG-07)
Managing the overall underwriting process and responsible for loan quality performance

Credit Analyst (SG-08)
Responsible for underwritiing process and ensuring process are in line with rules

Credit Attendant (SG-09)
Face customers and capture their data in the system.
Ensuring the data entry is perfect.

Surveyor (SG-10)
Responsible for performing field surveys and ensuring result is reliable

Branch Collection Head (SG-11)
Managing the overdue accounts as well as responsible for bad debt performances

Collector Section Head (SG-12)
Managing and controlling the field collectors as well as ensuring they meet the performances expected

Field Collector(SG-13)
Responsible for collection process of overdues less than 30 days thru pick-up

Commercial Collector (SG-14)
Responsible for collection process of overdues more than 30 days and negotiating with customers

IT Certification Manager (SG-15)
Responsible for IT Application Certification process and handling business IT requirements

Credit Head (SG-16)
Managing the nationwide underwriting process and responsible for loan quality performance

Collection Head (SG-17)
Managing the nationwide overdue accounts as well as responsible for bad debt performances

Requirements
1. All position based in our Jakarta Branches (only SG-15, SG-16, SG-17 in Head Office)
2. Graduates/Post Graduate from related field
3. Experience min 3 years in related field, preferably from multifinance company
4. Age below 35 years old
5. Having good knowledge of underwriting (SG-07, SG-08) and collection (SG-11, 12, 13, 14)
6. Autonomous, highly motivated, good leadership, fast & able to work under tight deadlines, initiative taker and pleasant personality
