Finance and Accounting Manager

R e q u i r e m e n t s :

- Male or Female, max. 30 years old
- Min. S1 degree majoring in Accounting
- Graduated from good reputable university, majoring in accounting is a must
- Strong background knowledge in accounting and finance
- Should have a minimum GPA of 2.75 out of 4.00
- Deep knowledge of financial analysis valuation techniques
- An understanding of actuarial and risk management concepts
- Having experience in making monthly and yearly financial statement and preparation of tax admin report such as monthly reporting for WHT art 21, 22, 23, and VAT IN/VAT OUT - also updated with tax regulation.
- Hands on experience using computerized accounting software.
- With knowledge of Indonesia GAAP. Understanding IFRS would be an advantage.
- Self-starter with an inquiring mind, and be able to work independently and/or in a team.
- Fluent in English both written and orally.
- SAP Business One/SA R3 experience is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skill

Reporting to Treasury Manager, he/she will ensure that payments are scheduled and processed on a timely basis and compliance with the company policy and procedure.

Qualification:

- Bachelor (S1) in Accounting
- Minimum 3 years working experience in Treasury
- Analytical skill
- Computer literate
- Familiar with Financial program using AS/400
- Leadership and Interpersonal skills

V. Secretary Department (SEC)

Reporting to a Department Head, she will provide secretarial support, to the Department Head which include translation, conversation both in English and Bahasa, composing letters and making travel arrangements for the Department Head and Department staffs.

- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Secretary
- Minimum 2 years working experience as Secretary
- Administration and Interpersonal skills

VI. Nutrition Consultant (NUT-C)

Reporting to Experience Center Supervisor, he/she will provide professional consultancy on nutrition and wellness at Amway Experience Center (AEC) to the Independent Business Owners (members / distributors) and responsible for the maintenance and usage of the facilities.

Qualification:

- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Pharmacies
- Minimum 3 years working experience in service industry
- Service Excellence
- Proficiency in spoken English
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills

VII. Media Relation Supervisor (MRS)
