II. Tata Cara Pengajuan Lamaran

* Penyampaian lamaran hanya dapat dilakukan melalui aplikasi on-line mulai 3 s/d 12 Agustus 2008. Tidak ada jalur lain yang digunakan dalam proses pengiriman lamaran.
* Pelamar wajib memiliki alamat e-mail untuk dapat mengikuti proses rekrutmen ini.
* Pelamar hanya dapat melakukan satu kali registrasi on-line. Pengiriman data lamaran kedua akan ditolak oleh sistem secara otomatis.
* Pelamar wajib mengisi aplikasi dengan data/ informasi yang benar. III. Tata Laksana Penetapan Shortlist Candidate


1. Shortlisted candidate adalah proses pemilihan dan penetapan peringkat pelamar terbaik (ranking) berdasarkan penilaian terhadap kriteria yang ditetapkan pada masing-masing tahap seleksi.
2. Proses seleksi terhadap shortlist candidate terdiri atas 6 tahap sbb :
* Tahap I : Seleksi Administrasi-online application termasuk Verifikasi Dokumen
* Tahap II : Tes Pendahuluan (Tes Potensi Dasar)
* Tahap III : Tes Bahasa Inggris dan Tes Pengetahuan Tertulis (umum dan khusus)
* Tahap IV : Tes Psikologi dan diskusi kelompok
* Tahap V : Tes Kesehatan dan Psikiatri
* Tahap VI : Wawancara Akhir
3. Pada setiap tahapan berlaku sistem gugur, dan hanya peserta terbaik (shortlisted-candidate) yang akan diikutsertakan pada tahap berikutnya.
4. Pada tahap I, penetapan shortlist candidate akan dilakukan dengan memperhitungkan syarat administrasi (kelengkapan data registrasi, usia, IPK), nilai pengalaman kerja yang dipersyaratkan, dan nilai pendidikan formal (bidang studi maupun jurusan). Rincian penilaian terhadap kriteria-kriteria tersebut adalah sebagai berikut:
1. Kelengkapan administrasi (sistem gugur):
* Jika data registrasi terisi lengkap (terutama pada kolom bertanda *), maka data pelamar masuk ke sortasi berdasarkan pengalaman dan pendidikan.
* Jika data registrasi tidak terisi lengkap, maka pelamar akan dianggap gugur.
* Jika data usia berada pada batasan usia yang diperkenankan, maka data pelamar masuk ke sortasi berdasarkan pengalaman dan pendidikan.
* Jika data usia melebihi batasan usia yang diperkenankan, maka pelamar dianggap gugur.
* Jika data IPK berada pada batasan atau melebihi nilai yang diperkenankan, maka data pelamar masuk ke sortasi berdasarkan pengalaman dan pendidikan.
* Jika data IPK kurang dari batasan nilai yang diperkenankan, maka pelamar dianggap gugur.
* Data yang diisikan pada form aplikasi on-line dapat dibuktikan secara lengkap dan benar pada saat verifikasi dokumen.
2. Kesesuaian pendidikan formal, dalam hal ini berlaku ketentuan:
* Tingkat pendidikan sesuai atau lebih tinggi dari persyaratan akan mendapat nilai yang sama
* Tingkat pendidikan sesuai atau lebih tinggi dari persyaratan, dengan bidang studi/jurusan yang lebih diutamakan, akan mendapat nilai yang lebih tinggi
* Dalam hal ini, penetapan peringkat (ranking) akan terlebih dahulu dilakukan terhadap para pelamar dengan latar belakang pendidikan/ jurusan yang diutamakan. Pelamar dengan latar belakang pendidikan/ jurusan lainnya akan mendapatkan kesempatan yang sama apabila memiliki latar belakang pengalaman kerja yang sesuai dengan persyaratan.
3. Kesesuaian pengalaman kerja yang dimiliki, meliputi:
* Masa Kerja
* Jenis Pengalaman Kerja
5. Selanjutnya, perhitungan penilaian dilakukan dengan bobot:

Regulatory Affairs Manager

- Assist Senior Manager in registering and gaining product approval.
- Assist Senior Manager in providing up-dated terms & regulation in health & science to the related departments and its implication to the company.

Qualifications:
-Min of Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy / Pharmacist
- Have at least 3 years of experience as Regulatory Officer
- Minimum GPA 3.0 out of 4.0 from a reputable university
- Fluent in English
- Have good interpersonal skills
- An analytical thinker and detail-oriented

Marketing Manager (Commercialization)
Responsibilities
:
- Making marketing plan, including promotional budget and sales target
- Sales, growth and market share Achievement by product as targeted
- Monitoring stock and evaluate the forecasting and inventory
- Develop scientific communication material for all of products
- Coordinates participation in medical/scientific activities
- Identifies, negotiates and manages strategic relationships with important KOL/Association/eye center/retail optics
- Manages the marketing, sales, medical and business development team to implement

marketing plan initiatives

Requirements:

- Good active verbal and written communication skills in English
- Willing to travel around locally and internationally
- At least degree in Pharmacy or health sciences
- At least > 3 years as marketing manager (OPTHA)

Product Executive

The incumbent will be responsible for assisting in managing projects, which include:
- Make a product strategy (segmentation, targeting, positioning, market research, etc)
- Make a media of promotion
- Make a marketing program
- Analyze profit and loss each product

Qualifications:

- Good active verbal & written communication skills in English
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and within a team structure
- Have a good leadership and initiative action
- Min 1 years working experiences in Product Executive Ethical
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
